Chapter Three: Party and Servant Boy

I grunted into the bit gag as I picked up the silver platter of champagne glasses, carefully balancing them around the edges. I stumbled a little as I lifted up the serving tray, and felt a twang of panic as I shifted my hand to balance the glasses and keep them from falling over. I breathed a sigh of relief as the platter stabilized without a single glass falling over, tasting the plastic of the gag as I exhaled. I knew that if I had dropped the plate my Mistresses would have heard the shattering of glasses and rushed to see what had happened, and once they did I knew that there would be no escaping punishment for it. Best-case scenario, I would end up locked in the cage in the basement until morning, but more likely I would be subjected to something far more painful and humiliating.

I moved towards the kitchen door, shuffling forward slowly one step at a time to avoid tripping and dropping the platter of drinks. The cuffs that were binding my arms together made it especially hard to carry the plate, preventing me from maneuvering my hands to more easily distribute the weight and keep them balanced. Silently, I wished that Nora and Madison had left me uncuffed, or at least ungagged. It wasn’t like I was going to try to run away or anything like that, I knew my place. But that, Nora had explained to me, wasn’t the point.

“A boy needs to be in uniform when he’s serving his betters,” she had told me as she put the cuffs on, clicking them shut and pocketing the key. “Besides, we want to show off how good and obedient our boy is…” She ran her hand through my hair and smiled affectionately at me. “And how good he looks in chains.”

So, I was to remain in bondage for the entire party. I suspected that they had originally planned not to gag me, so that I could at least ask their guests what they wanted and how to best serve them, but after punishing me in the basement had thought the bit gag looked too good to take off of me. My jaw was getting sore from being unable to close my mouth, but I gritted my teeth and tried to push the pain out of my mind. This was my place; if my Mistresses wanted me gagged for the evening, then that’s what would happen.

I pushed open the door to the living room with my back and turned around to see the girls sitting around the coffee table, chatting. The conversation continued as I slowly walked forward, the chains running between my legs rattling as I moved closer, but I could see the eyes fluttering up towards me as I approached. A few licked their lips, both in anticipation of the drinks and of having me serve them, and, despite my blushing, I dutifully came forward and held down the tray in front of the small group.
